Golden comet pullets or cockerels?

From what I understand, cockerels are white.

That’s what I thought but for awhile one of them was almost completely white before the head and neck feathers turned golden.

Your right! I think a better description of the color is cream... but as they age, they do develop some color (gold, or a cinnamon) patches. But, they are considerable lighter than the hens.

...I love Golden Comets... they have SO MUCH personality!
