Golden Comets and Bantams

I have one 2 yr old Golden Comet hen. Our other golden was attacked and killed on Friday by a hawk. I would like to get another companion for her and found someone nearby selling adult bantys.. I have never had a Bantam and was wondering how they might get along. I understand that the Bantams are smaller. My Golden Comet is on the large side and was general the top of the pecking order, but was still always got along nicely with the other girl. Anyone have any experience with this? Would love another Golden Comet but can't find anyone selling anything but chicks and I definitely want a full grown girl.

I keep my bantam and large breed separate because of the risk of injury to the bantam, sometimes when raised together they can be okay, but introducing one to an established hen isn't the best thing.
