Golden commit not laying

We have 6 golden comits that are not laying, they are 24 weeks old and get water twice a day, they are in an inside coop, that we put a light in during the day and shut it off at night, for more lighting, and alo keep a radio in with them also, any help would be helpfull,, thank roger

Be patient. Although many sex links would be laying by that age, not all do. Just like all animals some hens/breeds mature more rapidly than others.

I would not be alarmed at only 24 weeks. Yes, it's rare for a commercial type breed to not be laying at this time, but I'd say she'll probably come around.

You can worry if by 32 weeks and nothing happen, for safety I did my planning for 32 weeks.

Ok We had bard rocks and they were lay by now, but we wanted more eggs to feed the family
