Think of the "special fourm" as a help desk, rather than a special forum.
Anyone who pays for extra space has the ability to go to it and post their questions on why a feature did not work, or if their feature is broken. Like if their PM space did not increase like their paid membership would give them.
So it's like a help desk for golden feather users for issues involving their features.
For example:
Why can I not delete PM's? This is a GENERAL BYC feed back question and will be moved to that section.
Why is my in box still "Full" after I am supposed to have 2x as much for purchasing the golden feather membership? This is a question in the golden feather forum.
It is a way of addressing issues with the golden feather membership, without having to clutter the posts in the general website feed back section. A way to keep it neat for both us and all of our members.
