Golden lace wing nail torn off with bleeding

Finished a new run area for my flock of 8 today. I saw blood on a perch and tracked down who was bleeding. One of my golden lace wings had torn off the toe nail of her main toe in the middle of her rt. foot. I scooped her up before the others noticed, rinsed it with cool water and put her in the safe area away from the rest of the chickens. I didn't have any ointment mentioned and so put Vaseline on it to try and stop the bleeding. I've since brought her in the house in a car carrier so the rest of the flock could start heading for bed. Bleeding has stopoed, she's eaten and nestled down in the carrier. Suggestions??
