One of my golden laced wyandotte as a single comb instead of a rose comb. Is that natural? I got her from tractor supply. Can I still breed her or will her chicks have a single comb too?

That is incorrect and it came from bad genes. I had the same in a SLW earlier this year. It's recessive so if you breed it, you will be passing on a gene that will disqualify it as a Wyandotte. And it's recessive so the next batch could have rose combs and their chicks could have strait comb pop up.

Still pretty and good for laying eggs, but I would not breed it.

Ok thank you and does a single comb grow faster then a rose comb because she is the only one who has an actual comb. While the rest are just starting to get there rose comb.

Agreed; single combs pop up fairly often in hatchery quality Wyandottes, but it is not something you want to breed into your flock. In answer to your last question, single combs do grow faster and get larger than rose combs.
