Golden laced Wyandotte won't lay!

It has been 22 1/2 weeks and she has not layed a single egg yet!

Assuming she's a pullet (rather than a mature hen), give her another 2 to 4 weeks. Look for red, filled-out wattles and comb. Some pullets will also squat down when you approach them or reach down to pet them, beginning 1-2 weeks before they lay their first egg.

Okay thanks my black breasted red old English game bantam hen just laid her first egg about 15 minutes ago and she is the same age as my golden laced Wyandotte!!
