i was wondering if these two ladies are golden seabrights?

Yes I agree, gold sebrights. I have some myself.
Gold laced wyandotte hens don't have such long tail feathers, and do have yellow legs.
 
these were my first chickens and i got them for free from some gal and her brother that got them from the local feed store, they told me that they were a boy and girl soon i found out, the "roo" was laying eggs lol too funny!, i just wonder why one has a comb? and other doesnt?

Beautiful birds, I have 2 of those at home that are only 5 weeks old. I cannot wait to see them looking like yours!
 
Oh yes, Sebrights. I love these birds. I have one Silver-Laced (my avatar) and she is just so .... jaunty! I think I could have a whole flock of Silver and Golds and just sit and watch them all day long. Enjoy yours - they're beautiful!
