So, whatcha think? Chocolate and Nuts are about 4 weeks old. I think the one on the left is a roo and the one on the right is a hen. Agree? I am trying to decide whether to keep the hen or just let her go with the roo. They are pretty bonded and I'm feeling like I made a mistake getting bantams... hmm...

Oh, and the one I think is a roo has a red comb, thicker legs and is larger overall.

Yep, you're right. There is one rooster and one pullet, the roo is the chicks on the left.

I agree, the one on the left is a rooster, and the other is a pullet.

You are correct, the one on the right does appear to be a cockerel, but the other one is a pullet.

How do you get so good at telling the difference when they're so young? Is it just years of experience? I don't have a clue.
