GoldenLaced Polish Question

I recently bought a Pair of Golden Laced Polish and I noticed they had bald spots in their crests but thought maybe others were ripping feathers out for whatever reason....I wasn't worried. But now its growing back white...... is that a flaw? Or is that normal? Could they have known it wasn't accepted and plucked them?

its a flaw in the show ring but I have seen lots with it, even in some slivers (gotta wonder if its like scar hair)

That's what I was wondering too?! If I bred them would they have gold laced offspring or does the coloring get weird like with the blues? I guess I could see if their chicks had it too? Then determine if it was genetic or not.

the chicks should be gold laced, now wheather or not they end up with white you will have to raise the chicks and see
