Goldens at first year?

Hola!
I have 2 beautiful pairs of golden pheasants, 3 y old yellow golden and a 1 (almost) year old red golden one. I heard about many golden pheasant reproduction persons that, goldens have their completely plumage at 2nd year (obviusly), but they are fertile (sometimes partially) at first year.
Do you have experience about? May I dedicate my efforts to reproduce red goldens if they lay?

They can be fertile at a year but it's spotty.

Just make sure if the hen is a year old you keep an eye on the male so he doesn't start beating her up.
