Gone in a flash

Grapes were on sale today- so I couldnt resist picking up a bunch for the girls. They were snatched from my hand so fast- poof! gone in a flash!! May be their new favorite treat.

Mine adore apples. I throw a large apple, cut up, in their coop and it is gone in two minutes. And I only have four birds.

Grapes (especially the dark red seedless most expensive kind!) are my girls absolute favorite food. I have ten chickens and they cluster in front of me when they see the grapes and beg. The funniest game ever is "Red Neck Bowling" where I roll the grapes down the driveway and see how many chickens go flying and running. Its like bowling. I get 7 chickens running, tripping, and sliding and throw another grape and try to "pick up the SPARE". If only the middle 4 take off its a SPIT, those are very hard to get. Getting all 10 chasing one grape is a STRIKE!
