I have forced air. And no, not all the time. Its between 90.0 and 100.0

When you candel them, can you see an Air Cell?

Whe I candle them I do see an air cell. Is that bad? Also I have four thermometers in there. Here is a pic of it-

Your temps are fine. I don't really check/toss until after day 10...By then I can usually see development/not. Dark eggs are the tougher thing to tell.
