thank you to everyone who sent messages
chickens have survied the first day, think they have been spoiled today with lots of treats.
I got up at 7am, as I get up at 6am on a week day this is my new layin,
best wishes
Chicks are doing great! Feathers are coming in well and their personalities are really starting to form. We clean the brooder 2x a day and make sure it stays as clean as possible. Today we added a perch and we have seen several of them up on it.
One of our bantams will be a frizzy as her wings and tail are coming in all crazy looking but she's my favorite. the work on their outside coop continues today.
Hi everyone,
I am on the Easter hokiday from school with the usual cold that started the day we broke up.
Just wondering, if anyone can help with a problem I have, clocks went forward on Sunday it is also very cold here in England and the chickens have stopped laying eggs,
We have built a new larger run for them that they have access to when I come home also so could this also be why they are not laying,
ta
