HI, I am new to BackYardChickens but I am quickly becoming a big fan. I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls and wife to a wonderful husband. My girls and I have started buying chickens. It was supposed to be just a few chickens, no more than 5 or 6 my husband said. But you know how chickens go, I now have 9 laying hens, 7 pulletts, and 3 baby chicks - my oldest just had to have and she keeps them in her room. I have realy fallen in love with them and would like to start raising baby chicks from egg on up in the near future. Well that is just a little about me.
