Good age to eat?

I think this is a male Muskovy duck I can’t have two males. 17 weeks a good time to cull? In the middle.

Not sure if it is male or female, but any age is good to eat, except babies of course. Some ducks such as pekins can even be eaten when they are 7 weeks old. They might not have a lot of meat on them, but it will be tender, but not as tender as a store bought chicken or duck would be.
