Good Coop? found on ebay

I have one of these (not the first picture but the second picture) in the garage not yet taken out of the boxes. It is meant for my son's silkies. I told him he could keep 3 pullets but I am not sure how many pullets we will get out of what we have in the brooder, so it may be housing more young birds before we can sex them. The reason I bought it is that it cost me about $700 or more (I stopped counting) to renovate my shed and add a run. Also it took about 3 months time. I have room in there I could add a spot for the silkies but then I would have to keep the feed elsewhere. I don't have the time to spare to do more renovation on the shed and the US built coops are $$$. Hopefully the thing will hold up. I do know I need to add a nestbox but someone on here had this coop and added a nestbox made from a shelving unit I think.
