At day 24 which is past the due date, if you candle you shouldn't see anything that looks like liquid moving around when you move the egg right?
 
Take that egg and toss it somewhere far, far away. If it's sloshy like that, it's off.
 
Thanks Sumi, that's what I thought. Just wanted to be sure.
