Good evening from southern New England

Hello new englanders! I have the sweetest ever blue silkie roo that I can’t keep. I’ve held him and carried him and he’s so friendly... four months old. He’s free to anyone who will still hold him once in a while. He is not a dominant roo. I’m in Haverhill mass.

New to keeping chickens. Got my first birds today. Just two older hens my daughter “inherited” from previous home owner when she moved into her new home last month. They didn’t integrate well with her flock of 20-30. I love the idea of keeping these old girls (Aunt Bertha and Agnes) so they can live out there lives in comfort.
