Good grief! What a way to start the New Year!

I have GSDs and Dobies. In the rest of the group there are 2 Rotties, 4 more GSDs, a Bovier, and another Dobie--just a small bunch of us who enjoy the sport. The fellow who broke my arm is a Rottie who weighs about 130 lbs. He really packs a wallop because of his weight but rarely takes a full bite. He's a sweetie who loves to have his belly rubbed, which I normally do right after I take off the suit. He's smart, too--he knows it's a game and when the suit is gone the game is over. Guess I won't be playing for awhile, tho.

Ouch! Sometimes the force of the dog was enough and your bones are not what it used to be can be the factor of having a broken arm.

Now it is time to rest up and use the other arm for other things than guard dog training! Sit easy and don't do too much right now!
