Good Incubators?

I am totally new to incubating eggs (without the hen) and am looking at the Hovabater 2362E. I don't know what extra I would need with this incubator. Do I need to also get a hygrometer and does the electronic thermostat mean that it regulates the temperature itself? Unlike the 1602 which I am reading about that has to be monitored and adjusted very often?

Hi all,
I want to eventually incubate my own eggs and would like to know what everyone prefers? I have a budget of around $150 and can't go higher than $200. Thank you! Looking forward to seeing everyone's opinions!

I had bought the Farm Innovators one and returned it the next day. It did not keep a steady temp inside the incubator even after running for 8+ hours. It also had hot spots which I could not wrap my head around since it is a circulated air incubator. Instead I paid a little more and ordered the Hovabator Genesis 1588 with auto egg turner for $184 from ebay. I am SO happy with it. My first batch of guinea fowl eggs did great, i had a 85% hatch rate. Which I am extremely happy about since it was my first time incubating eggs.
