What happened with the hatch? What are/were the set parameters? Incubation or broody hens?

Didn't set the parameters after a machine repair. Lost 3332 of 15120, not including any that we sent in hopes they will survive. Will hatch that machine again this Thursday, praying it isn't as bad. That will be the last set in it for this error. My husband is not a Happy camper
