I think this guy figured 88-93° was close enough. Yes, the house has settled. It's 45 years old; parts of me were settling at age 45 too. But there are some real head scratchers in this house. Still, as they say in real estate, location, location, location.They never are.
There's a house inspector on YouTube who points out all the cracked tubs and window/door frames in new housing construction. He did a video with a contractor who works by himself, and ALL the angles are spot on 90°!
