Stormcrow's Hobby Farm

They never are.
I think this guy figured 88-93° was close enough. Yes, the house has settled. It's 45 years old; parts of me were settling at age 45 too. But there are some real head scratchers in this house. Still, as they say in real estate, location, location, location.

My stepdad: Square. Level. Any questions? I really, really wished I would have been interested when he was building our house. He did it all. Rough, finish, roofing, windows, cement, electrical, plumbing.

When we redid our shower, we used the cardboard sheets the material came in to make templates.

The guy who built the house was not a fan of 90° corners.
There's a house inspector on YouTube who points out all the cracked tubs and window/door frames in new housing construction. He did a video with a contractor who works by himself, and ALL the angles are spot on 90°! Inspector had an aha moment...the window frames, etc. get broken because the framing isn't 90°, and the subcontractors try to force it.

That turkey looks HUGE!
He's a Big Breasted Bronze - and the goat behind him is rather small.

But yeah, definitely a big bird. I wouldn't be surprised if he's 40#+. He sometimes brushes by me as I'm going to feed the goats and he's running (its more a fast waddle) towards the food - it feels a lot like an eager Golden Retriever rubbing up against you. I have to check my footing.
