Welcome to this amazing community! So glad you've got started, it's definitely a journey. @sourland makes a valuable lesson... I had to downsize from 6 to 3 pretty quick once they were 4 months old. Always best to go bigger and have enough room that not.
My biggest lesson was research before doing something. Impatience can cause many avoidable mistakes.

I agree with the others, if you only want 10 chickens, build a coop that will hold 25. Because chicken math is real. 
And don't skimp on the ventilation.
