On a lighter note tonights dinner is home made tortias stuffed with frozen peaches baked like enchulatas. Desert! Then Pizza with sqush sause and fresh garden veggies again. Its always good home made. Oh an tomaote canning update! they look great!

Ohh well I actually intend to receive a "finders fee" of some sort... He'll he pays my brother-in-laws and I $15 an hour whenever he needs help with anything... Even mowing lol! So... Had to come post cause I was just out looking over my boys pigeons... There's one in particular that has been bugging me a bit, it appears to be a blue bar check racing homer (payed $1.50 for each "roller"). Guess what... It's sporting an AU band, I was totally right! Bet that chick thought she'd be getting this thing back, her loss! Looks like I have the beginnings of my breeder pen... Calling the breeder to verify now!

well what we are pretty sure is a huge Raccoon ripped thru wire and wood to get Daren's beautiful male silver pheasant last night, we heard it but it was already too late. Hopefully we can get him tonight in a live trap!!Also managed to suck one of the doves right through the chicken wire at the top of the pen

That's just horrible... He was such a beautiful bird! I'm shocked this thing can rip through all that wire!! Makes me wonder just how secure my stuff is now! Feel like I should put a layer of hog panel around everthing!
