Good smelly things

I was wondering is it safe to spray essential oils inside a coop? Or soak a cottonball in it and leave it out of their way? My coop does not smel at all as I clean it daily but thought would be nice to have something nice to smell when you walk inside. So many scents now with essential oils. Just want to be safe. Thank you.

Yes - you can use essential oils and/or fresh herbs to freshen the coop and in nest boxes too.
