Hammie is on his best behavior because he knows that i looove pork.

We just had this for dinner..it was pretty good! I also added sauteed onions and mushrooms to the hash brown layer... and i seasoned the hash browns because they are pretty bland..
I also added more flavor to the cheese sauce... pepper and seasoned salt and italian seasoning.

I'm so relieved that Hammie's OK!

I'm calling dibs on any leftovers.

Imp-Thinking ham and bean casserole for dinner myself, course that won't be for a few hours yet.

They're still hanging around too. (for now..)

Nah..i could never eat my pet pigs...
BUT..i DO want to try a meat hog next spring..
