Found these while cleaning the coop today. The flock is about 6 weeks old and hasn't had access to the outdoors other than what comes in on my shoes. I did a course of Corid almost 2 weeks ago when I couldn't find a reason for one chick to be slow growing and lethargic. (Didn't help; the chick died. Also that was before they moved out to the coop.) They haven't had berries or any other treats recently, but wild birds have been using that barn for years. It was swept out and enclosed with hardware cloth before the chicklets moved in, but not disinfected. Nobody seems to be acting off in any way. Should I do another course of Corid? Thoughts? Thanks! I went ahead and started the Corid. I do have a vet I can ask, but since I've started the Corid, I will give it a bit of time to work and go from there. These birds are funny. Every time I change their water it's like a new exciting especially delicious thing lol. And it's a clean, covered nipple waterer, so it's not like the water is gross or anything.

That's cute they get so excited. Guess it means they'll be taking their medicine cooperatively ;)

Update: I couldn't find any red poops today, but as they are bedded on sand I can't guarantee it wasn't just camouflaged. But they all dove right into the fresh medicated water again!
