Gooey swelling, deformed beak, swelling in mouth

Hello. I have a single comb light brown leghorn hen about 1 year old. She has a large, wet swelling that looks like a tumor near her nostril, a crusty swelling inside the roof of her beak that is growing and causing her difficulty with eating and drinking, and her beak is now growing in a deformed manner. I thought this might be Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG), and/or Infectious Coryza, but there is no cheesy discharge or swelling in the skin of the head, which I am familiar in seeing in some of my birds. Please provide a diagnosis guess, and a treatment if possible.

Welcome to BYC. Just from your description, it sounds like it could be canker. Canker is treated with metronidazole, flagyl, or fishzole 250 mg by mouth daily for 5 days. Avio-trich is a better bargain at $10--give 2 tablets 100mg each daily for 5 days. If you could post a picture, it might help. Yes that looks like canker. Wet fowl pox can look like it, but I think it is probably canker. I would treat with the avio-trich (link in post 3), but PetsMart sells a version of metronidazole called General Cure, but it costs considerably more than avio-trich, although you might get it quicker. People with Canker in their flock sometimes will use acidified copper sulfate in the water for 3 days a month to prevent canker in the rest of the flock.
