Ah, the roadkill pose. I personally like the chop my head off now pose. These are some funny critters.

hehe! Two of mine sleep on their sides with their legs sticking straight out at an angle, like they've died and have rigor mortis. Funny chickens.

So cute! The first morning after we got our chicks I went to the brooder to check on them. All 40 of them were motionless and laying on their sides with legs sticking out in unnatural positions. Of course I immediately thought I killed every one of them. Until they realized I was there and they all popped up and looked at me like "What?"
