They are very protective that's for sure.Im waiting for them to bring them out in the yard to get pics. I had to pick a couple up they crawled out through the fence, almost got my face ripped off.

A gang of geese after you yikes. lolI found that out real quick today. Bad enough that they are protective but i also had the other 8 big ones after me.
Isn't that the cutest thing, I just love them. The one with the afro crakes me up!![]()
I don't have any idea if their marking will stay ,but I understand how obsessed we can get over these lil ones, I have been that way over the ducklings that hatched here, More so than mama that's for sure. I hope they will continue to thrive and mom and dad will see to taking care of them.Do you think they will keep those markings as they grow? Im trying not to get attached with my rotten luck something always seems to happen to the ones i like best. I worry about them but im anxious to see them grow. I love all my goslings but these just take the cake.
Where's the pics?If they do keep them they will be interesting, specially with that huge tuft. LoL that one with the afro/tuft looks like its tuft will be bigger than its parents. None of the other babies had a hair do like that.
Stormy's group is starting to get their big goose feathers. Four of the dark ones are for sure pied but will look mostly like brown chinese with a tuft. One has two lobes/fat rolls between its legs already like a big female its only a month old. Ive never seen one that young with lobes other than a giant dewlap baby.
