GOOSE BREEDING THREAD - for breeding, incubating, hatching and rearing.

Hello fellow geese people my name is Brittany I am very new to raising geese I bought 4 geese eggs from a seller on eBay and was sad when I candled and saw badly detached air cells so I did my research and everything that I read said I'd be lucky if a single one developed well after 28 days of incubation 3 hatched and the other 1 never externally pipped any how it's been a week and I have 3 beautiful healthy geese and they are growing faster than the weeds in my garden :) now that they are here I would like to know what breed they may be the description on eBay was that she had multiple African, brown Chinese and only 1 white Chinese I have added pictures so maybe someone could chime in and let me know what you think thanks a lot and sorry for the punctuation never been any good with it lol
In the second pic, the one with its head laying down, has a white lower jaw, Thats typical of a pied. Also in the first pic the middle gosling and the one on the left has lighter yellowish black legs, also typical of a pied, those two goslings have the white chinese as one of their parents.

That's awesome that 3 hatched, Brittany.

Mine are 5 weeks old. One or two is constantly pulling the feathers out of the others. I hear the squealing all the time. Advice anyone?

I imagine that they´re already out on grass, which should be enough for them to not graze their siblings, so maybe they need more to keep them busy. You could hang a cabbage, lettuce, etc in their pen for them to tug at.
