Goose can't walk :c

I made little mushy thumb sized balls of chicken scratch and waterfowl starter and put it at the back of her throat, she seems to have perked up so I let her mate and babies out and put her in the front yard so she can eat grass. She's honking at her babies and preening herself now. She also tried to stand up to follow her mate to the kiddy pool (I have a little bucket of water for her) but she takes two steps, her head goes down and then so does the rest of her body. Is the perking up a good sign, what do you say about the walking? Should I still feed her the mushy balls? She doesnt seem to be eating by herself.

She needs to eat. I would say that you should probably confine her so that she is not expending energy trying to get to or away from other birds.
You need to keep something that she will eat in front of her at all times. If she was eating the mushy feed, keep offering it. You will need to make sure you are taking away wet feed as it gets old (a few hours max in the heat) so that it doesn't spoil.

That's them, the little chickens in front are what my dad calls 'The Midgets' because they don't grow very fast and he pokes fun at me saying 'You're raising midgets!'

She won't eat anything on her own, I moved he family away from her but should I still force feed her? I just make the little mushy balls and open her mouth (with much fighting) and put them in her mouth. She swallows them and everything but I'm just wondering if it hurts her to do that, will it go down the wrong tube and get to her lungs? If I should keep feeding her like this, how many times a day?

It could go down the wrong tube if you are pushing it deep in her throat. If you are literally putting it in her mouth, it will go down the right way.
The way I feel about it is everything depends on how much you worry about losing her. Will it distress you (alot) if she dies, what extreme are you willing to go to in order to save her, etc.

I will do what I can, within reason to save a bird. I would not take them to the vet unless I was concerned that they were contagious to my other ones and I wanted a diagnosis. I do not consider my birds pets but I enjoy them and take very good care of them. They are here to make me and mine more self sufficient by providing eggs and meat and fertilizer. The entertainment is a bonus.

Several times a day until she is eating something on her own. Again, I would offer her a choice of options.

I have force fed a runner duck in the past, not easy alone, but she did make it.

She just kept getting worse and worse then she got an infection in her wing, the infection got so bad over night and the vets couldn't take her that day she was just going downhill. We had to put her down, I know it was the right thing to do, she was in so much pain.
