Goose Egg Hatching NOW !!!

I really didnt think any of my goose eggs were going to hatch, I was about to throw out three as I am on day 31,and Felt one knocking on the shell put him back in the incubator, at 1 this afternoon I noticed there was a large hole in the egg.How long from pip to hatching,This is my first batch with goose eggs that made it this far I am So EXCITED...

We just hatched Toulouse goslings Wed. For 1 of ours it was about 24 hrs for it to get all the way around....the other by 36hrs and still just a pip, we peeled back the shell a little and waited..4 more hrs went by nothing, we ended up hatching it out and it was a good thing, The sack was so tough on it that it could not move and it's head was stuck and could not move...after we ripped the sack for it and it was able to get its head out, we realized that its head had been stuck for some time and its neck muscles were very relaxed and it was very very tired...

By the next day it was perfect and I am so happy we got 2 beautiful baby Toulouse Goslings...ps..if the shells look dry mist them with a spray bottle that will help alot just make sure you don't spray directly in the pip!

Okay Guys Back With A Question? It's now been 27 hours since baby first pipped he/she has a big hole in the egg but hasn't made much progress.Humidity is 80%,When should I start to worry? And when should I help baby?

I just peel off the pip a little bit and see if the chick or the inside of the shell is dry... You may try to peel it back about the size of a quarter...if it is still having lots of trouble...after a few hrs I would hatch about half of it and make sure that the sack is not to tight if it is you may have to peel it back a lil...but I let our gosling kick itself out after we hatched it that half....It's sack was stuck and it could not rip it....good luck!

Hi everyone, i found a goose egg abandond and took it home, it's been 37 days and still no hatch, the membranes are now more visable and I can see fluid in the air pocket?
I don't know what to do???????
