So I am going out of town for a couple of days and I have a goose egg incubating in my incubator. I manually turn the egg 3-5 times a day. I am on day 17 of incubation. The Gosling is moving and viable. Will it effect anything if the egg isn't turned for a couple days?

I don't know about goose eggs; I've read that turning of chicken eggs is more important in early incubation, and less important later. I've also read of chicken eggs that hatched with no turning at all. So maybe?

If you have no choice, then just leave it and hope for the best. But please report back after it hatches (or fails to hatch), so we'll know for later!
