Goose Eggs

Was wondering if anyone eats their goose eggs? And how many chicken eggs equal one goose egg ? I was also thinking of doing so ethcing with them.. any other ideas would be great

We didn't want our goose to sitting on eggs since she was laying them in an unsafe stop so, we took her eggs. I was a little weary to eat them at first but they would just be going to waste so we tried them. They're are actually very tasty! They're more rich and more fluffy than chicken eggs. One goose eggs equals about four chicken eggs. I think you should try them out.

Thank you, we did and you are right they are good, found some recipes for using them in baking, Everything that I have found said they are awesome for baking and use in pastries.
