Goose Gender?

I have three geese around the same age, some of you may remember them, and I know for sure that I have a male and a female because they're starting to mate but I'm not a hundred percent sure what the smallest is. I think it's female but my mother says otherwise, the male has also not tried to breed with it and I don't know if it's because he's paired up or what. Can anyone tell by looking at them?

It can be hard with any goose breed but I don’t have Chinese so I’m not much help but in general:

Males tend to have longer necks in proportion to their bodies than females and they tend to be naturally protective of females or other males that they’ve decided are their responsibility so they’ll tend to instinctively get in between them and you or whoever that approaches.
Males will tend to be the one on top while trying to breed, but females will do it to and females depending on personality can be war mongering Amazon queens so.... sex is not always easy to determin in geese without a physical exam or a blood test or waiting to see who lays an egg.

Have you seen a penis or does he yell in triumph? My girls sometimes 'mate' with each other when establishing rank. It was a daily thing in the kiddie pool last new year during mating season. But iirc they've never done the celebratory bragging call.
