I hope so. I'd like for her to be a happy member of the sebastopol tribe.

Oh, we've been painting up a storm at my place, so I'll try to get some pictures of that up for you all soon. Maybe I can get a pic of the sebbies or toulouse in the front, with the house behind. Of course, that means I'll have to move all the saw horses and prime racks and replacement siding out of the way. (gosh, now I feel tired)

I'm sorry I havn't been on much. I've been tied up everywhere but here. How is everyone?
It's nice out... that means we are all outside and away from the computers more.

Hubby and I spent some time today with the rescue group. We re-tagged the buff juveniles per who they are going to and removed the grey juvenile tags (Susan, easy to tell males as they have much more pronounced dewlaps). I also got hubby to take camera to horse pasture to get some new pics of the adult dewlaps, who are really starting to fill out! Jen, also got a great picture of the juvenile pair you are getting.

Jen's pair

I LOVE them! Thank you so much for posting the picture. I can't wait to get them!!!

Yesterday, we tagged the adult bumblefoot pair yesterday with bright orange zipties and released them back onto the pasture. They look a lot better than they did when we pulled them 10 days ago.

I am so happy you love your babies, Cheri & Jen!! Susan, I'll try to get close up photos tomorrow of your 4 pack of grey babies. I will also get some updated group pics of the juvenile buffs.

Iain, I don't know how you manage to still get on line with that giant flock. How many do you have now?

I totally love the pics, please keep sending them. And I'd love a pic of the Erin goose again. I'm sorry but I've forgotten its name. squeaky?

Hey Marty, since I am usually stuck at my computer for work, it is easy to jump onto site when I need a mental break. Chicory, my erin toulouse, is still one of my absolute favorite birds. She is so sweet and friendly. This pic is from last week:

For geese, I have my original 15, plus 3 dewlaps that I have added from the rescue groups (and plan to keep 2 african girls for my favorite boys). That leaves me with 51 rescue geese left to place into new homes.

Total geese on property: 71.
Total ducks on property: 12.
Total 4-legged animals: 14 (including two feral kittens that need homes).
Total head count: 97.
YIKES!!!

As promised, more pics from hubby!
Susan, here are your greys. Girls are in front. Boys in the rear.

Here is the "pick of the litter" so to speak... which I have tagged to go to Shellie, for all of her hard work helping with the great goose rescue.

Here is the buff girl with the broken foot (front and center):
