Goose with dog bite. Need ABx dose Please!

A co-workers goose got bit by her dog in the face. I do not know much about the bird, but we are trying to find the penicillin dose for him. I looked on here but couldn't find anything for a goose.

Is penicillin recommended for this? or baytril? How is it given? Subcutaneously(Can you even give something to a goose SQ?) Intramuscularly? Where on the body? Frequency?

Any help would be much appriciated.

go down to the goose thread and I'm sure someone can help you. you have to be very careful what you give to water fowl
