Goose with swollen face?

Hi folks, today I noticed my 4 month old female goose has a swollen face/neck. It was normal this morning and it must be recent. She doesn’t seem to have any respiratory issues. Any idea what might be wrong?

when I thought that my goose had swallowed a bee because her neck swelled up right under her head, I gave her children’s Benadryl and I think it helped. She was fine later I forget the dosage though i think @Goosebaby knows it?

The swelling went down a lot today, but I’ll update if anything changes!
