GopherBoys smalles tallest coop~Update 6/24/2009~

After our break in work .....due to poor weather, and real jobs.....work is underway again on the worlds tallest smallest coop.

The coupla has been primed and temporally assembled 5 pieces
...and today we are working on the 2 end pieces in this segment called
"How to Build Yer Funky Windows"

Using a guide we cut two 4 inch X 8 feet long 1/4 inch hard board.
And four 1 7/8 strips of the same material.

The strips where bent and set into this tub of water and left overnight

The strips where wrapped around the 1/4 inch glass and cut to length.

Then we duct taped the strip around the glass to hold it in place

This assembly is centered on the end wall, traced and cut out with a jigsaw.

blocking is nailed in to support the assembly so you have 8 areas to nail to.

Gopherboy is happy with this work so far!!
