Gosling outside?

I'm a new gosling mom so take this with a grain of salt, but I'm taking mine out for a little exercise, staying in the sun when it's below 50 degrees. We stay active to keep his temp up and try to stay out of the wind. He likes to wade in puddles which I know are cold so when he's done I bring him in and he gets put in his crate and I turn the heater on if he seems chilly. If he's gotten dirty we also run a warm tub and let him clean up. Then he dries in front of the heater and it's all good. As long as he's not out too long and he can get warm when he's done I think it's ok.
