My goslings, one 3 week and two just a day old started having clear watery poop today. They all were fine yesterday but now I'm a little worried. My 3 week old had some of the grain in it but the surrounding liquid looked like hand sanitizer consistency.

She was with another gosling (a friend's who I got her from, month old) for a bit yesterday and grazes supervised with our chickens. The babies haven't been with anyone but they have eating grass and mashed up feed.

Should I be worried?

Edit: after eating their poop seemed to be more normal except it doesn't form completely solid. This is from my 3 week old, is that a worm?

Watery poop like that is usually because they drank a lot of water.

You can always try giving them some probiotics as in a little bit of yogurt or powders for their water, like Hydro-Hen etc. It's good for them regardless of their poop, but it may help if it's diarrhea.
