Goslings of 2014 Hatch-a-long

I can´t wait for little Moose´s friends to hatch out!!!  You´ll be so busy trying to look after them all!!  What fun!!  But Moose will help, I´m sure.  :love

Aw man! I'm soo excited but nervous at the same time! This one little baby goose eats his own weight in lettuce twice a day. I may have to get a second job lol

OK! Threw a shovel of coal on the laptop and away we go!

Here's Moose cuddled up to my feet last night after FINALLY being full. He'd only eaten 2 whole lettuce, some peas and half a bowl of crumb!

Like any goose, Moose loves the water and goes nuts swimming around when he first goes in...

Then approx. 3.5 minutes later he taps on the side to let me know he's ready to get out!

Moose hates being towel dried but LOVES being blow dried and will stand up tall and flap his wings.

Yes, I know just what you mean! I was buying huge lettuces every day...in the end I planted up a lettuce patch to grow my own!! When I sell them as young adults I never get back the money i invested in them!

Ok so I caved and candles the eggs. Yes I know it's only day 5 but I was impatient. I appear to have 2 developing and 2 clears. Again! I'll give them until the end of the week before I cracked them open I think.

I'm way ahead of you. I have 3 propagators on the go full of lettuce and plenty more to go in. :)

There is a saying, its usually used with horses but it covers all animals in my opinion so ill say it like this, "to make a small fortune on animals, you must start with a large fortune"
