I just wanted to share my adorable little baby geese. They're either buff dewlap toulouse, buff americans, or a mix. (There was definitely a dewlap toulouse using in that nest, according to the seller)
They were incubated in the single most ridiculous DIY incubator ever (I felt silly putting it together, but it worked great). One baby had to be culled early, but the other 2 are thriving. I have raised chicks before, and this is my first go with geese. They're absolutely the funniest little things I have ever seen. The younger of the two (mouth closed and in the back) is fairly calm and quiet. The older (mouth open and in the front) is super playful and is all about cuddling!
