Got 5 hens (red sexlink) a week ago and none have laid. When do you give up expecting eggs?

I am in a similar situation. Bought 5 red adult hens from PA exactly 3 weeks ago. No eggs. They eat and drink like pros (layer feed, fruits/veggies, oyster shells, mealworms, etc.), have plenty of room to walk around and roost, protected from elements. I knew it could could take a few weeks, but I am starting to be nervous.

I don't know if you saw my last reply but there is hope! Exactly 4 wks after we got them someone started laying! I don't know who, but for the last 4 days there's been an egg each day. Hope you don't have to wait much longer!!
