Got a Few New Ducks

Yeah, someone did answer the gender/size question....I think it was in a discussion on some other thread. And yeah, they did become pretty easy to tell because their size difference became very notable.

These 4 scovy babies are the sames ones that I have posted pics of in the muscovy pic thread....

I sold one of the drakes, so I have the two ducks and one drake from them.

The yellow/grayish baby turned out the be the gray, or whatever color you call it, with white bib and on its head.

Know what you mean. Once upon a time I believe they were called gray pearl which to me is much more suitable much of the time. I'm wondering if yours isn't a Self-Blue w/white head. They seem to have that overall blue look where a "Blue" tend to have a darker head/neck/chest area even with white head appearing to cover the darker color.

Lucky duck! I gave my word not to bring home any new ducks. My family was worried I would become a crazy duck lady and start hording them. So only two...for now.

I'm secretly hoping one of my ducks is a male so I can hatch some babies "accidentally" in the spring. Until then I am living vicariously through everyone elses photos.
