I have 16 turkey poults in with my 90+ chicks and when they were really young and had them in several brooders and the turkeys were in two different brooders themeselves I fed them high protein gamebird starter, but since they are all in a big brooder now they just eat the chick starter. So recently I ran out of the high protien starter and haven't bought any more. Am I making a mistake just feeding them chick starter? Also how would I go about feeding the turkeys the high protien starter when all of them are in together?

If they are all in the same brooder, I don't know any way that you can get them to only eat the game starter. Well of course you could feed everyone game starter. I would just watch and make sure the turkeys are continuing to grow, and aren't trying to eat strange objects. If they start eating strange things then you take a guess that they are lacking something in their diet.
