Not sure breed or gender, have 2 very similar yellow head and feathered feet

The photos appear to have been taken with some form of filter or effect - which is going to be detrimental to making a good breed ID as it makes determining things such as leg color, etc difficult. Take photos in good, natural lighting (like that in the avatar photo you are using) and we will be better able to help you. It is also helpful if you are able to either clearly show the area where the comb will develop or describe the type of comb the chick shows it will develop.
